2 Bedroom apartment , located in Puerta del Valle, a condominium in front of Nuevo Vallarta in a residential area full of services, exquisite local food, supermarkets, and everything you may need. The Nuevo Vallarta beach is only 10 minutes away, it is public and has parking, restaurants, and other services. The apartment is located within a complex with 24/7 security, a very large pool, children's pool, palapa, sundecks, and assigned parking.

Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun stay with your whole family and friends, feeling at home. The unit has 2 beautiful and spacious bedrooms, the first with 2 double beds and the second has a bunk bed with two single beds and a double bed. It has a desk and comfortable chair to work from home. All bedrooms have comfortable sheets and pillows, air conditioning and have 2 full bathrooms with all the necessary supplies at your disposal. You can also enjoy the Smart TV and watch a movie on Netflix, we have high speed Wi-Fi available in the condo. Additionally, we put at your disposal all the necessary beach material for a fun trip. There is a washer and dryer you can use inside the unit and we also offer cleaning services (for an additional fee).

Pets are welcome, please pick up their waste and make sure they do not pee on the furniture, if any furniture is damaged or stained, a fine will be charged. 5. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. In case this is not respected, a fine will be charged. Puerta del Valle is a beautiful private community with 24/7 security, it has a large pool area with a wading pool for the little ones and a palapa with chairs and tables so you can enjoy the delicious weather. Located right between Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerías, you will find everything you need very close to you, just 20 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta Airport and Marina, and just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Nuevo Vallarta. Nearby you will find a Walmart, Chedraui, lots of local food, galleries, ATMs, pharmacies, and hospitals.

Guest access

Private access to the community, photo ID of all adults staying is mandatory before arrival. The condo is located in a very safe gated community, moving around walking is very easy and most points of interest are less than a mile away. Parking is free on the property and guest parking is available also! ONLY REGISTRED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER, VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
