The condominium offers 24/7 security, 2 pool areas with a palapa, BBQ grills, and sun loungers, as well as gardens. Inside the house, you have a BBQ grill at your disposal and beach equipment such as chairs and an umbrella. Located in an area just a few steps away from a variety of restaurants, local cuisine, bars, supermarkets, and only 10 minutes from Nuevo Vallarta beach.

House fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun stay with all your family and friends, with an excellent location to easily move around the nearby points of interest. The house has 4 bedrooms, the main one with a Kingsize bed, balcony, Smart TV and private bathroom, the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and a single bed, and the fourth bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and your own bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need, we have high-speed Wi-Fi available in the house. In addition, we provide you with all the necessary beach equipment for a fun trip. There is a washer and dryer that you can use inside the unit at no extra cost and we also offer cleaning services (for an additional fee).

Pets are welcome, please pick up their waste and make sure they do not pee on the furniture, if any furniture is damaged or stained, a fine will be charged. 5. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. In case this is not respected, a fine will be charged.
