The unit has 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms one with queen size bed and the second one with two individuals, comfortable sheets, and pillows, and 2 full bathrooms with all the necessary supplies available. A fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the pool area. You can also enjoy the Smart TV and watch a movie on Netflix, high speed Wi-Fi is available through the unit.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. In case this is not respected, a fine will be charged. Puertarena is a beautiful private community with security 24/7, a beautiful pool area, full of gardens and nature. Located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you will find everything you need very close by, just 20 mins away from the airport and Marina in Puerto Vallarta and 5 mins away from the beach it is the perfect location. Nearby you will find supermarkets, fine dining restaurants, exquisite local cuisine, art galleries, ATMs, hospitals, and recreational activities to name a few.

Guest access

Private access to the condo and photo ID of all adults staying is mandatory before arrival. The Condo is located in a very safe gated community, moving around walking is very easy and most points of interest are less than 2km away. Traffic is usually minimal and the surrounding areas are quiet and very nice. 1 Parking space free on the property and guest parking is available also!
