1-Only registered guests are allowed to enter, visitors are not allowed.
2-Guests must respect the hours of silence from 10 pm to 8 am. In the event that this is not respected, and security informs us of any inconvenience from the neighbors, a fine will be charged.
3. Parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. In case this is not respected, you will be charged a fine.
4. Pets are welcome, please pick up their waste and make sure they do not pee on the furniture, if any furniture is damaged or stained, a fine will be charged.
5. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. In case this is not respected, a fine will be charged.
Any breach of the rules or improper use of the space will be reported by the Airbnb App, as well as any extra charge or fines, directly to the registered credit card.
