The local beach is only 3 blocks from the beach and its a really nice and safe walk. The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy a great view of the pool and the bay. We have 24/7 security, and free parking for you and your visitors. Come and stay with us!

Beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun stay with your whole family and friends, with an excellent location to easily move around nearby points of interest. The unit has 2 beautiful and spacious bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and beautiful views, the second with bunk beds, comfortable sheets and pillows and 2d full bathrooms with all the necessary supplies at your disposal. A fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful balcony, with BBQ, beautiful views of the pool and the bay. You can also enjoy the Smart TV and watch a movie on Netflix, we have high speed Wi-Fi available in the condo. There is a washer and dryer you can use inside the unit and we also offer cleaning services (for an additional fee).

3.14 is a beautiful building with 24/7 security, it has a beautiful pool area and on the first floor of the building there is a plaza that has different restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner and bicycle rental. Located in Nuevo Vallarta, you will find everything you need very close, just 20 minutes from the airport and the Puerto Vallarta Marina and 5 minutes from the beach, it is the perfect location. Nearby you will find supermarkets, fine dining restaurants, exquisite local cuisine, art galleries, ATMs, hospitals and recreational activities, etc.

Guest access

Private access to the condo and photo ID of all adults staying is mandatory before arrival. The Condo is located in a very safe gated community, moving around walking is very easy and most points of interest are less than 2km away. Traffic is usually minimal and the surrounding areas are quiet and very nice. Parking is free on the property and guest parking is available also!
