New and spacious 3bedroom apartment, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Nuevo Vallarta, close to exquisite restaurants, local cuisine, bars, art galleries, and beautiful beaches to enjoy the sunsets. The local beach is only a 10min walk from the condo and its a really nice and safe walk. The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy a great view of the pool and gardens. We have 24/7 security, 1 parking spot for you and guest parking is available also. Come and stay with us!

Spacious brand new condo fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun stay with your whole family and friends, with an excellent location to easily move around nearby points of interest. The unit has 3 beautiful bedrooms, the main one with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second with a double bed and a third with two single beds, comfortable sheets and pillows and 2 full bathrooms with all the necessary supplies at your disposal. A fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful balcony with beautiful views of the pool and gardens. You can also enjoy the Smart TV and watch a movie on Netflix, we have high speed Wi-Fi available in the condo. Additionally, we put at your disposal all the necessary beach gear for a fun trip. There is a washer and dryer you can use inside the unit and we also offer cleaning services (for an additional fee).

Pets are welcome, please pick up their waste and make sure they do not pee on the furniture, if any furniture is damaged or stained, a fine will be charged. 5. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. In case this is not respected, a fine will be charged. Puertarena is a beautiful private community with security 24/7, a beautiful pool area, full of gardens and nature. Located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you will find everything you need very close by, just 20 mins away from the airport and Marina in Puerto Vallarta and 5 mins away from the beach it is the perfect location. Nearby you will find supermarkets, fine dining restaurants, exquisite local cuisine, art galleries, ATMs, hospitals, and recreational activities to name a few.

Guest access

Private access to the community, photo ID of all adults staying is mandatory before arrival. The condo is located in a very safe gated community, moving around walking is very easy and most points of interest are less than a mile away. Traffic is usually minimal and the surrounding areas are quiet and very nice. Parking is free on the property and guest parking is available also!
