This condo is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy a fun stay with us and feel at home. The unit has 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms the master with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, and the second one with 2 single beds, all with comfortable sheets and pillows, and 2 full bathrooms with all the necessary supplies available. A fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony with beautiful views, the condo offers a gym. You can also enjoy the Smart TV and watch a movie on Netflix, Wi-Fi is available through the unit. We also have at your disposal all the beach gear necessary for a fun trip. There's a washer and a dryer at your disposal inside the unit and we also offer housekeeping services (with extra charge).

In the event that this is not respected, and security informs us of any inconvenience from the neighbors, a fine will be charged. 3. Parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. In case this is not respected, you will be charged a fine. 4. Pets are welcome, please pick up their waste and make sure they do not pee on the furniture, if any furniture is damaged or stained, a fine will be charged. 5. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. In case this is not respected, a fine will be charged. Any breach of the rules or improper use of the space will be reported by the Airbnb App, as well as any extra charge or fines, directly to the registered credit card.

Puertarena is a beautiful private community with security 24/7, a beautiful pool area with great views. Located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you will find everything you need very close by, just 20 mins away from the airport and Marina in Puerto Vallarta and 5 mins away from the beach it is the perfect location. Nearby you will find supermarkets, fine dining restaurants, exquisite local cuisine, art galleries, ATMs, hospitals, and recreational activities to name a few.

Guest access

Private access to the condo and photo ID of all adults staying is mandatory before arrival. The Condo is located in a very safe gated community, moving around walking is very easy and most points of interest are less than 2km away. Traffic is usually minimal and the surrounding areas are quiet and very nice. Parking is free on the property and guest parking is available also!
